i've heard about graphic designers writing off movie tickets as "research expenses". are they bending the rules? | |

I guess it depends on the movie. I doubt you can explain "Austin Powers" to the IRS, but "The Matrix" -- may be. Especially if you are a designer who works with special effects. | |
